My name is Salma Hassan, after 10 years working as an architect, I left corporate life to take a master in "Color science and technology" from Milan, Italy, few months after my return I was blessed with my son, I decided back then to devote myself to motherhood, enjoy him and enjoy childhood phase.

watching my boy grow, and having this skill of being an improver, a skill that has been tuned over the years working as an architect, & always thinking of ways to add to things, being detail oriented, I wanted for him a room yet not a bedroom, it is more of a play house, as well as a place for us to make lifetime memories, after searching the market for a long time, & not finding something satisfying for my taste, as designs were very few and so much similar, without enough storage, what about us, The Egyptian Maximalist Moms, don’t they realize how much storage do we need. Rooms that I have found seemed sad, and over priced as per my taste, this is when I have decided to design and build one for us, a few months later orders came flooding by from friends and relatives.

I really can't imagine convincing a toddler to sleep away from their parents in a separate room, so I started thinking out of the box, creating some attractive space for them.

I know creating a place they would be happy to stay in is a real challenge.

I enjoy very much working creatively with details and designs, I love finding solutions for small spaces, where it is more challenging and fun, thinking of storage spaces that will fit all of a mom’s need, finding joyful solutions is my passion, so in the end, no room will be like the other, every child will have their own play house that looks like them and answers to their needs, encourages them to live their lives, experiment, learn, develop and use all their senses.
